Whisky Emporium was founded in 2021 by Norbert Martins, inspired by the heritage, depth, and mastery embodied by The Macallan, one of the world’s most respected Scotch whiskies. What began as an admiration for premium whisky evolved into a clear vision grounded in quality and craftsmanship, soon becoming a shared commitment between Norbert and his team to create something of real substance. Through dedicated effort and a disciplined approach to selection, Whisky Emporium curated what is now one of the largest collection of premium whiskies in South Africa, alongside a carefully sourced range of exceptional spirits from around the world. Each bottle reflects a belief in craft, provenance, and the value of considered execution.

In 2023, this vision took physical form with the opening of the first standalone store at Menlyn Park Shopping Centre. Designed to feel considered and premium from the moment you step inside, the space invites exploration, discovery, and conversation.
